September 2026: Kia, the global automotive leader, has announced that Aljabr Trading Company, the authorized Kia distributor in Saudi Arabia, has been awarded the Best Spare Parts Dealer Award in recognition of its continued efforts to enhance spare parts availability and improve the efficiency of after-sales services provided to customers across the Kingdom.
The prestigious award was presented during Kia’s annual ceremony, held this year in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Salman Al-Musallam, After-Sales Services Director at Aljabr Trading Company, received the award on behalf of the company.
This achievement reflects the success of Aljabr Trading Company’s strategic plan to continuously enhance the customer experience, particularly across its after-sales services, by strengthening its operational capabilities and expanding its service network.
A key milestone in this strategy was the opening of Kia’s regional spare parts warehouse in Dammam in 2017, marking a significant step forward in ensuring the continuous availability of genuine spare parts.
