Khalifa Saif Al Muhairbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arabian Gulf Investment Company, confirmed that the UAE real estate is the best in the world in terms of demand and prices, and will maintain its strength during 2023 with the constant demand and the success of real estate development companies in selling immediately nearly 50% of their residential units thanks to the directives and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State – may God protect him – and the efforts of the wise leadership and officials who are keen on developing the real estate sector.

Al-Muhairbi stated that the UAE economy maintains its strength and durability, and the real estate sector will continue its momentum and strength during 2023, due to the constant demand for owning real estate in the UAE, and the good returns and profits for investors and businessmen.

Al-Muhairbi said that the legislation and the economic initiatives have played an important role in making the UAE real estate the most attractive globally.

He revealed also that there are plans to promote UAE real estate globally by organizing exhibitions and events in many international cities, to showcase the advantages of owning, investing and residing in the UAE.

Al Muhairbi said: “UAE real estate is considered the best in the world in terms of its attractiveness, features and quality, and succeeded in attracting international investors, as the country has become the best destination for real estate investment.”
